At Unity, we believe there are universal spiritual principles that run through all of life and can be found at the heart of the world’s great wisdom traditions. Through prayer, meditation, spiritual study, and community, we help people discover their own direct experience of the Divine and apply spiritual truth in everyday life.

At Unity, EVERYONE is recognized as a true spiritual being, awakening to the truth that sets them free. Unity teaches that all people are created with sacred worth and that no one exists outside the heart of God.
Therefore, at one’s core is a divine nature of goodness that every person is either asleep or attuned to in varying degrees. A deepening conscious relationship with God helps this God-Seed or divine nature to blossom. Life is for learning and growing spiritually.
