Unity Spiritual Community of Grand Rapids is a sanctuary for those seeking spiritual growth and personal transformation. Our teachings, rooted in universal spiritual principles, offer a positive and practical approach to life. We celebrate our unity with the Divine and the inherent goodness in all people and all of life.
Our wisdom, echoing teachings that have shaped humanity for thousands of years, is based on spiritual laws that govern our existence, irrespective of cultural or religious backgrounds.
We invite you to join us for our Sunday services, spiritual workshops, book studies, and meditation classes. Our community is a place for you to start or continue your personal faith journey, surrounded by supportive peers.
After our Sunday service, we welcome you to join us for fellowship. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee and light lunch while you build personal connections with other spiritual seekers. We also offer spiritual retreats, faith-based discussions, and spiritual coaching to guide you on your path.

Rev. Michael Rocque
For the last 5 years, Michael served as the Spiritual Leader at Unity Center for Spiritual Growth. He was officially ordained in July of 2022. In his own words: "Since the time I was a child, I have known I was connected to something that was way bigger than just me. I attended a Methodist church as a child. My mother introduced me to Unity and New Thought principles when I was 16 years old and I immediately felt like I was home. Unity ignited in me a passion for truth ever since."
Upcoming Events
We have a variety of events planned that cater to our inclusive faith community. From family church activities to group mindfulness sessions, there’s something for everyone. Attend our church Sunday service, participate in praise and worship, or join one of our spiritual growth workshops. Our church youth groups and spiritual growth for teens provide a nurturing environment for the younger members of our community.
